It was my 2nd visit to the Sales Gallery today. First visit was last year but not interested as I was planning to get a landed.
Changed my mind so pay a 2nd visit and the 1694 SF has been fully sold out! SAD!

already asked the SA to contact me if anyone's loan rejected. hmmm.

I like the floorplan with large balcony & masterbedroom. =(

Windows on the park was nicely planned with greenery environment, I was considering this as my homestay too.
Heard SDB's a great deveploper, so i did some google about their newly completed project 5 Stones@ss2.

But heard some ppl from PropertyWTF complaint about its quality not up to their expectations.
by getting to know their previous projects, so we as the potential customers can roughly know if they can wil deliver what they promise for WOTP~ yawn.gif

reasonable for them to be fussy over it as it's their homesweethome anyhow. haha
Ceiling heights, small room, quality of doors (not maindoor) also been complained by residents, this might made WOTP buyers worried too.
Anyhow it's a good guidelines for buyers to confirm with SA again on this proj.

Im interested to pay a visit to the 5stones too.... whos da agent?

Few weeks back I've submitted the form to Citibank and received their call 2 days later. She asked about the Project as she doesnt know anything about the project (Not the Panel). So I advised her to check this project and get back to me asap. But stil yet to receive any confirmation from them........

If straight-design/ "H" design, most probably all balcony wil kena the west sunset heat..

Every project has its pros and cons
Pricings are the same. Actually wotp 1694sf even cheaper than CT at 500psf.

One is main contractor for many projects and now also developer. Zalam is reputable main contractor as well. Anyways no point arguing, get what you desire and be happy.

Hey, I thought the same by using Apple vs Samsung.
Apple all the while produce quality I phones and laptops that attracts fans boys, but samsung has been doing pretty well these years. From iPhone 1 switched to galaxy s1 and now s4. Kudos.

Nways, WOTP is a good product too. I'd love to pay a visit on all development once all completed to see the workmanship. Good research for future development. If CT doing well, might consider getting their future launch. Hopefully they wil do something like KK projects in Klang Valley.

It's ard 68 units per acre.
Total lans 9.18 acre.
5 blocks. 4 blocks has 92units.
The last phase 5th block wil have 260units.

Without the 5th block wil be 40units per acre. Block A quite distance to block B&C

Bro, chill~ we r not comparing and ccompeting as we all also hope to get the best n dream home for ourselves. All projects has its pros and cons. Individual preferences very subjective too. Yes this year march I stil able to get 450-470psf for 1694sf from Ethan wotp. After many rebates n lucky draw. Now ofcuz the price jump up too. CT is now priced at 480psf after rebates for above average unit in CT.

Yes a good project not only main cons, architect, landscape designer do play a main here too.

Nways, ignore the 50per acre. He/she provided the wrong info. And shouldnt be comparing others like WoTP. Cheers

1694sf sold out. 2 loan rejected unit for 8th floor and 22th floor was offerred to me, but my heart still with Dreamcity that time. Haha. I think big units like penthouse still selling slowly nw.

Cuma baru-baru ini bila dah ada kuota, aku pergi balik tengok projek ini.
Kenapa aku nak beli rumah ini? Aku tahu ramai yang kata mahal, tapi aku nampak sesuatu yang lain, yang orang tak nampak, antaranya adalah:
a) Semestinya sebab developer dia itu SDB. Aku umpamakan SDB ni macam BMW dalam arena permotoran. BMW mahal tapi orang tetap nak beli sebab you know, the quality they deliver. Ia memang untuk cater different market segment.

b) Sebabnya aku rasa condo ini adalah yang paling mahal in this area.

c) Dalam jangka masa panjang, capital appreciation kondo adalah berdasarkan maintenance condo tu dan juga orang2 yang duduk di situ.

d) Sebab discount. Aku dah kira-kira discount minimum adalah dalam 120k macam tu, tak perlu downpayment malahan dapat cash back lagi. Kiranya setaraf Vega Cyberjayalah jugak.

e) Konsep yang diketengahkan.

f) 3.5km from the future MRT. Am looking condo dalam jarak 2-5km (not walking distance) from the future MRT.

g) Dan banyak lagi faktor lain - mau sampai z kalau aku nak sambung di sini.
Bila tengok the show unit, memang superb and you know that it's SDB. Untuk block C (yang paling murah, kira-kira 90% dah terjual)
Masa nak pergi tu dah siap2 bawak buku cheque untuk bayar booking. Sehinggalah ada satu kriteria UTAMA yang langsung aku tak boleh terima. I could not accept the fact that they only provide satu (1) parking. Giloss. Beli kondo mahal-mahal tapi parking satu je. Aku nak beli additional parking RM18k (dia offer tandem parking sahaja), malangnya dah habis.
There goes my WOTP, tiada jodoh buatku bersama SDB.
