Truth to be told. I'm not worried about the workmanship of SDB. I'm rather worried of the behavior of the tenants.
I'm just hoping that the tenants will try their best to preserve the area.

My uncle has been living at Mont Kiara, the Palma condominium for more than a decade. Every visitation trip I made there would always be welcomed by cleanliness of the surrounding area, No burnt marks or drawings on the walls or lift buttons, unauthorised car parks, so on and so forth.

Im hopeful WOTP would be well maintained as well.

Correct me if im wrong, mk palma is managed by sunrise SCM rite? Which is the true case for most of sunrise props in mk.

I went to the Sales Office today, planning to buy one (block C).

The CNY18k offer is still on.

Unfortunately I did not proceed with my booking because of 1 parking allocation for block C. Wanna buy also don't have.

Ya, this one understood and this apply to all developers too to engage outside constructors to complete the project. But too many contractors they engaged, we won't check or ask 1 by 1. Think that they won't tell also.

From the article, the landscaping is from Singapore company Colin K Okashimo Associates, earth quake resistant from Web Structure, architecture from GDP Architects, artistic design from well known David Hiscock....Looks like all branded partners they are using.....that is why we are also paying branded price haha...

Just checked with SDB on my LA, yet receive since sign on last year.

They mentioned the fastest is on April due to land conversion. Meanwhile, 1st loan drawn down will be on Aug......

Heard that Five Stones vp last month. Generally the comments are quite good, impressive. And the best is the sub-sale pricing is around RM 650 per sq.ft., is that true? Hope WOTP is do better than this.
