HSBC, very efficient loan approved for 90%, blr-2.45. They will appeal again to get blr-2.5. Anyone able to get blr-2.5 or better?

Heard from SDB SA yesterday, they are going to launch commercial service suites in Kota Damansara after the Hub SS2. According to them, the project will have direct link bridge from the MRT just like Youcity...The price will be cheaper compare to the Hub it seems..
