Yes, called SA today too, she said verbally AP Is obtained, mostly probably will send letter to buyer by 1 Oct. Also, heard that they are going to allocate more car parks lots for buyer to buy, each car park lot costs RM 20k, but not side by side car park lots. It is front and behind car park.

Tandem parking refers to the practice of creating adequate on-site residential parking by allowing cars to park one behind the other.
