QUOTE(toh2020 @ Jul 3 2012, 11:47 AM) they don't drill for high rise. drilling for landed hs. Then the wiring is come from the building outside or from the building inside (door) for high rise? Cause if come from the door there the wire is quite long to reach my tv there, then can see alot wire in my living room.

QUOTE(jerryhean @ Jul 3 2012, 11:51 AM) High rise here, drilling needed for fiber to home well, its up to the building cable config. some house already have been wired to inside the house-no drilling, but some house need to pull from outside-need drilling.

no wonder i see some apartments got wires hanging for outside to inside. looks kinda messy. or maybe low cost.
others like wangsa maju apartment been around 20years. they need not drilling. as tm can patch from outside the fiber dist box.

Anyone know what's the password for the ID 'Administrator' in our Thomson router?
Tried leaving it blank, Administrator / Administrator, Administrator / admin, Administrator , <Access key behind the router> to no avail.

There are some houses where the trunking follows the backlanes. Any idea how will the fiber be routed, from the backlane pole to the front living room TV/phone central, (about 40feet LOS)? (ie; thru the kitchen? thru the roof?) Is this still a "standard installation"?
