Some lag playing diablo but smooth playing WOT... Will test more before log report to maxis

Craps!!!! My Internet down for 24hrs. Can u believe it? The internet light is OFF!! I try disconnect and connect in .254, it's give me this error "Concentrator not reachable"!! I called customer service but no hell ppl pick up!!! Wtf!!!
