i heard if you off the thomson router, it needs 10 minutes for the internet connection to be up again, true ah?

yeah..i put a cooling pad also underneath the router coz it gets hot bloody fast!
need to find another 1 for the modem as well.
I use a hub for now coz limited usb ports at the router.

Just finished the installation in my hs. Ping 25. Is it reasonable?

I tried for rapidshare, but a few secs after it starts, the download crashes...
netload i cn get abt  +/- 200KBps..

from what i compare my Maxis Fiber and friend's TM Streamyx
Maxis has more hop than what TM does
and this will surely effect on your ping
and will effect your gaming experience too
as example play SEA LoL
mine hover around 45-52ms while his 20-25ms

if u already subscribre unifi for gaming
i suggest u maintain your current line
if not you may opt Maxis for better price

look like maxis had block file sharing sites like rapidshare and filefactory
downloading 100M+ file always stop or crash before download completed

mediafire and some lesser people use one can download without problem

tried on both private and public IPs

try download with alldebrid.there's 2 days free trial available.
u can get the same priority as premium rapidshare user.
