QUOTE(Cowhide @ Jun 27 2012, 05:04 PM) Can we register the postpaid account a few months, after installation and still get the free 150mins? QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jun 27 2012, 05:12 PM) If I'm not mistaken, yes you still can register later. Maxis home fixed line also gives you 600 free minutes to call all maxis mobile numbers and is worth rm60 already if based on market average on-net call rate of 10sen per min. Any confirmation on this? Maxis centre staff said must have the postpaid account during sign-up.

QUOTE(ryudell @ Jul 2 2012, 01:06 PM) DrPitchard said can (when i sign-up with him), n after that i called maxis, the CS said can.. try to as 3 diff CSes n see the outcome. Noted. TS, can you add this info to the 1st page FAQ? plus launchpad registration steps; plus frequent thompson router problems (ie; overheating/solution; boot-up taking 10mins, latest firmware version) and basic configuration (ie; port forwarding). plus difference between landed and condo installation (ie; fiber vs vdsl) plus how to attract amoi with 10mbps. There are some houses where the trunking follows the backlanes. Any idea how will the fiber be routed, from the backlane pole to the front living room TV/phone central, (about 40feet LOS)? (ie; thru the kitchen? thru the roof?) Is this still a "standard installation"?
