Anyone registered for next week's Oren Sport Royal Klang run? Just collected my kit today. Have to get settled with L sized t-shirt because they don't have XL and XXL (I asked for XXL when registered).
Such a poor organizing. Hopefully they don't screw things up during the event.
I'm using iPod nano with Nike + to track my run, quite accurate, and I like listen to music. A cheap solution for me as I got the iPod, and just buy Nike +. However, if you want to go this direction, do wait til 12 sept as apple going to launch new one. I'm hoping something extreme like Motoactv, with GPS, Bluetooth and can hook up to many type of sensor. I was going to buyMotoactv after the price drop but rumor say that google going t to discontinue it.

how does ipod + nike works. don`t u need GPS or internet connection tp track ur movement ?
Will be joining my first marathon run in this upcoming PJ Half Marathon. Took the 7km open hehe.
I don't practice running, but I do Yoga and classes like Body Combat etc. I have good stamina, but was wondering should I run on threadmill as training? (I get bored really fast though. )

Yes, any run (better run at park than threadmill) so that you can evaluate yourself.
