may i know anybody taking order for Road ID?? would like to order for Wrist ID Slim...

i jog at evening around 5-7pm...normally around 5k...if i fill ok that day, i push a bit until 8-10k...after that straight to pasar ramadan can buy food already

for 5k, normal pace should be no prob...above than 5k my pace should be slower, nanti suffer until berbuka to be honest, i don't practice sahur...only drink plain water during sahur time or before going to bed...500ml and more should be ok...this because for me, puasa is the best way to loss some fat...so no rice or fatty meals during berbuka...easily loss around 7-10% of my normal body weight (including fluid)...i've been practicing this for 4 years already...so far no prob...

my first running event was during fasting month..that's why i start running during puasa and now become habit...for me the only drawback is u become tired and sleepy during tarawih
