i guess future price trend of a landed property determines whether it is a good investment or not. so what its gonna be in the next 5 years? upward, downward or sideways?

Hi All,
I wonder how to install the water heater like this at the bath room as image below. Is it i need to cut the plaster ceiling to connect the water pipe to the heater, and then from the heater reconnect back to the rain shower ? QUOTE ![]() |

I tink not just Denai Alam but almost ALL NEWLY COMPLETED projects , landed (eg Rimbayu) and highrise, no increase in market value or prices..these r the luck ones..some dropped 20% vs S&P prices
