Hi, I am looking at Semanea Hills. Is it a good buy? How isit very near to powerhouse HTC? Just wondering how is the tenancy in the neighbourhood. 3 years ago it looks quite empty and alot of empty units.

Need some advice

@Chouetlyn just signed SNP last week. Semanea is still under development, it'll be ready in 2020/2021. Neighbourhood looks pretty well populated but not super packed. Plus Semanea is quite near the commercial area though not too near that it's a nuisance. It's quite nice cos it's on a small hill. So far there's restaurants, shops, MCd and stuff.

I was also worried bout the HTC but went to drive by the Semanea area and followed the HTC, thankfully it doesn't go through Semanea. Though if you followed the road passing Semanea and pass under the highway, the HTC starts on the other side of the highway.

The thing that might worry people is that particular Guthrie highway that's almost next to Semanea. But it's quite a distance from the actual highway and on a hill with many many layers of trees, so I don't see it as a problem. I've seen places like Bandar Botanic in Klang which is really only 2 lanes away from KESAS, and it's still quite quiet. You'll hardly notice it.

nice for all races... if you have concern on food/restaurant available, you may go to subang 2 which is 10-15min away or kota damansara that has more options.
