As DASH highway has been started few months ago, estimate will complete in year 2020, it is more convenient access to commercial area.

Hi, what's the reason for you to choose Denai Alam over Elmina?
Ferrea is not GnG right? My wife and I has been looking for landed props too and DA is in our shortlisted list.
I like DA close proximity to city over Elmina.

Sime Darby is launching Elmina Green now and it is quiet deep inside which still few km access to Dash Highway which i think Ferrea is more an ideal choice although just 2% rebate on it.
Ferrea is GNG as it will mentioned in SNP, and it is free security charge in 1st year, i will need to go through SNP in details after loan approve.
Ferrea actually out of my budget but i think no more 5xxk for landed house, hope it is good develop in the near future.

There is new launch in Denai Alam called Ferrea. Just beside plot of Elmina Valley 4.

Imo,ferrea phase certainly is better choice compared to EV. Much nearer to existing amenities and feel safer with the existing surrounding jiran jiran and affordable.
