haha you are very optimistic! BU is about that range now, I don't think DA will reach there in the next 5 yrs la bro

am looking for unit for a d/s at denai alam to rent out temporaly until i relocate back in 5 yrs time to stay for good. under this kind of depressed rental, is it still worth it to proceed or shall i just keep the fund earning FD until 5 years later?

if i proceed, rental wouldn't even cover the installment.

any advice is most welcome.

i guess future price trend of a landed property determines whether it is a good investment or not. so what its gonna be in the next 5 years? upward, downward or sideways?
