No problem smile.gif

This is what versions it shows on my screen:

In this first screen you can actually toggle which one you want on/off by checking/unchecking it. You can get to this screen by pressing the arrow at bottom left of screen, then clicking on "tools", then go to "Map" then click on "Info" (it might also be labelled "About").

To get to this second screen press the arrow at bottom left of screen, go to "tools" then "Settings" then "Info" (it may also be labelled "About").

You should push you SA & complain to the manager. Apparently they just delaying your booking.

Please let us know which showroom you booked & we will boycott them.

Segambut showroom. the SA is Mr. Choy.

When I received my new car, I was told that it had RM10 petrol. I pumped another RM61 to full. So total = RM71/1.9 = ca. 37 litres. FC for my PC is 26km/l. So, theoretically, mine should be able to travel 960km for a full tank.

My SA gave me a set of nice thick mats. Very useful to trap dust and sand. I keep the thin original mats, which looks cheap....

I heard that this may affect the performance of the side air bags.

Actually quite heavy, compared to the original ones. May be not good for FC :-)

Perhaps, but maybe in exchange for being a tiny bit heavier it may dampen some of the sounds coming from below hehe.

I am tired of this "i heard, you heard, he heard, she heard, my friend's said, my mom's said"

how can it affect the performance?

how heavy is that? a bit heavy won't affect the FC. Your laptop bag that you carry everyday is much more heavier than this my friend.

my back boot fully loaded with tool box (with all kind of spannars, screw drivers etc etc) and a box of water (to clean of the bird shit or stained)....so that is more heavier than car mat but still can run 750km+/- per RM65

I have to make a correction about how to get to the info/about screens on the DVD-AVN

Arrow at bottom left of screen->tools->settings->map/system->info/about

So far I have only tried the malsingmap updates for my DVD-AVN unit, but if anyone has tried the malfreemaps one please let us know and links to the downloads and method of installing.

BTW - anybody in KK know where to find Meguiars products?

I know Ford Fiesta side mirror will auto retract when you lock your car. Probably Toyota can take this ideal to build in it also.

Wonder normally how you know & check your car is locked? Cause with the smart key, once you put your hand on the handle, it unlocked.
*
I installed the Toyota OEM side mirrors auto retract kit for RM2XX. The side mirrors with auto-fold after I locked the car. With this, the side mirrors will serve as an indication when car is locked.

FYI, info from internet

"Any seat cover that are used on seats with side airbags must be altered to allow for airbag deployment."

http://www.shearcomfort.com/SeatAirbag.asp

"If a seat seam has been altered outside of the manufacturer’s specifications, the airbag could deploy too early, or too late, or, possibly in the wrong position, and it won’t be effective. This means that any work done on seat upholstery must be done by someone who not only understands how airbags work, but also has an in-depth knowledge of the car seat upholstery trade."

Not from Toyota service centre but from car accessories shop. You may check with your known car accessories shop if they carry the product, but must get the Toyota OEM type so that it could plug and use.

Malfree one just install the installer. Select the normal option then put the file into the SD card (need unlock the lock switch first) in the folder (where the UNL file located).

Running on Malfree latest version now. Search speed is a bit slow but working just fine.

Added on June 11, 2012, 3:08 pmI just install 3M Air Filter on my PC battery air intact to prevent duct build up.

Next stop is Original Emblem with LED light and All interior LED switch and entry light.

Added on June 11, 2012, 3:26 pmI think the only Aqua blue in town driving at the moment? Won't be getting the full set of TRD pack but will try fit a daylight LED If I can get it in Japan later.

Added on June 11, 2012, 3:36 pmFC is around 25 km/L (Morning) to 30.5 km/L (night with 50% on EV)

PC have 36 liter fuel tank, mean around RM70 per fuel up. the trip computer show around 1050km for tank.

The Technic to drive is very simple, don't hold back when acceleration (keep within ECO zone), When road is flat and reach 70-80 KM/h, drop the throttle and press a bit to keep the speed with EV only.

When using EV mode for low speed zone (<40 km/h) and for highway, cruise control all the way at speed limit.

If the ECO score is 80 most of the time, you will get roughly 30km/L.
The key is constant speed.

Turn off ECO mode for speedy pick up.

Don't go to N or B.

There is a code to toggle autolock function. (will share later once I try the combination)

For backseat seatbelt, unlock it with your key and keep it away from blocking.
