Question on PBB online statement for BT to AEON...
I noticed there is no Card Holder Name on both the Unbilled and Statemented transaction screens.
Do you guys get accepted by AEON with that printscreen alone or you supplement with other proof to show that printscreen is actually your card?

You need to supplement with another document which shows Your Name & Your CC number

Previous month statement plus current unbilled statement's printscreen.

1st time being reject BT application from Maybank, phone them unable to told the reason.
Plan to apply BT from OCBC, it takes how many days to processing?

same, my recent attempts bt from ocbc within 3 days.

I worried it may be confusing with last month statement + current month unbilled...so I scan my cc front side as proof...accepted by AEON.

Though ocbc e-statement is not like real statement, but it carries card holder name.
Even HL connect e-statement screen has name shown at the top of the screen.
Hope PBB do something on their online banking screen...

Either by pos or by fax, i done it by pos since i do not have fax machine.

Done apply bt via ocbc internet banking, now just wait and see how many days to processing.
No aeon and public bank for the selection

newbie have question, if i want to transfer the outstanding from my MBB card to AEON card, then i will have to fill up the AEON BT form right?
