Public Bank BT promotion

It's really nothing new... more like it's extended to 31st Dec 2014.

Are u sure it asked 132 times? U got count?

BT is balance transfer meaning transfer the outstanding from one or more of your credit card (A) to another bank of your credit card (B).

That means the oustanding in credit card A will be settled and it will show as outstanding amount in credit card B.

Of course he didn't count lah

Just a metaphor to say already been asked many times

I am surprised to see there is a 0.5% Cash back for balance transfer also.
Too bad the RHB ZERO interest /fees BT no longer available, hope it will be extended...like the PBB BT.

i don't think it is mentioned any where, and i think nobody knows about it, otherwise all would have sent their BTs to RHB instead of Aeon Watami.

The BTs we all took are all interest free/no processing charges. We BT to make money from the bank, not let the bank make money from us.

I have stopped swiping my RHB card since. Shall wait and see if next statement still come with the CB.

Are you referring to below cash back, if yes, then its actually the one time rebate for GST.

Your RHB Signature comes equipped with these exclusive services:

Unlimited 1% Cash Back
on all online and overseas transactions
0.5% Cash Back¹
on all other transactions

May be RHBS give 0.5% cash back for all other transaction including balance transfer.
But, 0.5% still very low for balance transfer non-zero interest.

however, until today when i check in MBB, the outstanding balance is still the same.
this sunday is due date already, shall i pay the minimum payment first ?

if you have extra money, then pay all the outstanding balance first, and later request Mbb to refund you the cheque (assumed it has credited to yr Cc at later time).

if hv no idle money, paying the min amount save u the late charges.

dicision is on you.

you both have the same question? are you both doing bt for your mbb amex card?

even if you pay minimum payment first, you can avoid late charges but not the finance charges.

Aeon approved my BT, and my BT is to MBB visa card.

23 July Aeon has approved my BT, however until today it doesnt reflected into my MBB visa yet.

in this case i might have to pay all the outstanding first since the due date is on 3 Aug. sad.gif
