Who is this Pat Loo? Oh, because of being single parent, children education blah blah, tat form the basis to support Genneva, you have the right to do whatever you like, even if BNM found fraudulence in the company?? Oh, put your life to believe in Genneva, but can't even explain a single thing what is the core business? Investment or trading? Twisting and turning get every listeners of BNM confuse. That's the worst business interview ever heard on air.

The best joke is claiming Genneva = Bersih! Human GREED = Clean and Fair Election??

Understandably, most of the victims in Malaysia are just b****ing about how BNM "took away their money. It seems that not much is said about the situation in Singapore as well. If Genneva Gold is legit, why is it being investigated in Singapore as well? Two countries that find this business model doubtful? Can't be coincidence right?

I would like to see someone explain that. Rationally. You say BNM is dinosaur, can't understand new world business model today. Fine. Surely, Singapore that is one of the major regional finance hub in the world can understand and appreciate this fantastic business model.

beside i also would like to comment that in the world of trading gold which involves gold spot, gold futures and gold options, there hardly any trade secret ......

If these same people are charged, the DPP should ask the court to deny bail on the grounds that they are a flight risk. They can easily escape to other countries despite having their passports impounded as they may have hundreds of millions stashed away. And secondly they will be free to continue setting up similar schemes as they have done before.

Which brings us to the point of why BNM closed them down. They don't seem to have a clear revenue model to sustain the business. If they are not trading in gold, how are they generating income?

Collecting tons of money + no clear revenue/income stream + can still pay dividend/profits/hibah = Ponzi.

On this page there is a certificate of authenticity by KL Assay office. It say NON DESTRUCTIVE TEST using x-ray florescence spectrometry. If you read the web site of a Chinese manufacturer of TUNGSTEN GOLD; it says with an 1/8 inch thick coating of gold on tungsten, X-ray F. S. CANNOT detect the product. You need a destructive test, i.e. cut the bar to see if there is tungsten inside. It is possible that the small pieces, 100gm or less is pure gold, but are the kilo bars genuine? Now that Genneva is dead, I would urge owners of kilo bars to send the gold for DESTRUCTIVE testing. After all these bars are certified by themselves.

I saw takers of the gold @ 16x per g. Why risk damaging it.
