Anyway, hope the kopitam readers come to this thread to read from the first page about genNEVER.

wondering wat reaction of those vvip who involved in genneva investment.

Judging from the comment on the last 2-3 pages or so, seems that everyone has given up on Genneva and proceed to some other discussion 

Back to Genneva.....

I read in the newspaper today that some customers and agents are claiming Genneva is a legitimate business and asking BNM to allow the company to re-open. Openly declaring this, they effectively are losing all together their legal recourse against the directors of the company for negligence in management of company's business which caused financial lost to the stakeholders and customers

So, to those customers and agents who are still in support of the Company, do think it over before taking sides. Which action is better ?

1. Support company ? hoping pressure from the 6000 customers and agents will lead BNM to declare Genneva is all well ?
2. Get together and initiate a class action to sue the people behind the company for their negligence and/or mismanagement of assets ? Even possibility of defrauding customers ?

BNM will not budge. That is a foregone conclusion. Hence, fat hope on option 1.

Option 2 has a better chance (even higher chance if the boss are very wealthy) given the current circumstances. It would be in the better interest of the customers and agents to get their acts together. Argue and present facts of the business. If there are some "upper" management who were previously involved in decision making, and are now willing to give some insider information, that will certainly make your case a lot stronger.

It is not a time to get emotional. You all got to manage the crisis and find the best course of action to redeem the money rightfully yours

But based on what you just wrote, arent u walking down that same path? U say others are arguing without facts but how many facts have you provided yourself? From what ive read on this thread, many ppl have raised questions which have until now gone unanswered. Its pointless coming out here claiming to be mature and yet you go around calling others names. If you want others to respect you, then earn that respect. Argue like an adult.

I too agree with you, Genneva should put a face through times like this so that their customers/investors are protected or at least feel like the company is helping them.

Besides the above I heard from my friend (A Genneva Agent) a few things today about Genneva..

1. They are going to call BNM hotline and bug the crap out of them for this case number 1300885465 in hopes that BNM will expedite the investigation.

2. A rally to protest the seizure of Genneva.

I think no 1 is already happening and no 2 is going to happen with in the next 2 weeks.

I have to salute celicaizpower  he so stubborn say he not scamming others to invest in his 'guarantee' scheme
but there is no consistency in profit for high risk stake gambling, managing loss is part and parcel of the game 
anyway, he got more guts and balls keeping to his 'quicksand ground' than those genneva management
they need to hire celicaizpower as PR director

3. Re-open the company for BAU (save the mentioned people's faces) and perform investigation and correct back what is wrong (if any).

I can some what assume if Ah Jib kor comes in and re-opens the company there might be a very high potential that he will gain 60K voters.

We were informed by Genneva management last week that we will get our gold, hibah and commissions this week. On Monday 1 October 2012, Bank Negara Malaysia raided Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd and froze GMSB's bank account. More than 60,000 families and their livelihoods are affected.



OUR DEMANDS:



1. Gold confiscated by Bank Negara Malaysia to be returned to Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd (GMSB) immediately for delivery to us.



2. Unfreeze GMSB CIMB bank account immediately as Hibah and commissions to over 60,000 customers are due.



3. Stop attacking, persecuting and tarnishing Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd in the media for assumptions and suspicions without evidence.



4. Remove the good name of Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd from the BNM Consumer Alert List as gold trading is an unregulated industry in Malaysia.



5. Acquit Genneva Sdn Bhd. This court case is ongoing since 2009.
