If you have paid the RM50 first and then redeemed using 10k TP, your will get the RM50 credited back.

Is the April rebate in already? Mine hasn't been reflected yet.

I redeemed 10k TP to offset the GST that charged to my April statement. Called CS to do that, I still haven't seen it on my transactions history but the CS said this was reflected already on 30.04.12. What I can see is just last payment made was on 30.04.12 for an amount of RM 50. I can see the GST is still intact in my statement. It will go off soon?

From what you described, the GST has been paid as promised. Not sure what is your real question? Or did you expect to see the GST transaction disappear?

Sorry if my question wasn't clear, in my transaction history I didn't see any payment for GST but on the summary page I can see last payment on 30.04.2012 for the amount of RM 50. In another word, this payment was not reflected on my transaction history? Probably I'll wait for few days, no worries.

Nope. Not yet. The system was taking Labor off day too We should be able to see the rebate credited into our account after 6 later this morning.

FYI, the GST for Maybankard 2 for the first year (2011) was charged a few months late. i.e. not on card approved month.
With luck your Maybankard 2 GST will be charged in Feb 2013 ,....

Could it be the Jusco voucher out of stock? As the staff told me, the Voucher is direct from Maybank HQ not from Jusco, so it will have chance out of voucher.
But if is permanently close, then will be sad. Don't know where else to go redeem my voucher.

Let's say I pay for GST for the card when card just approved eg Aug last year, now i got enough points to offset it. Is it still possible?

Or consider too long already since about 9/10 months already

The payment of rm50 is the gst offset la. Else why u get that transaction?

The staff specifically said they do provide TP redemption last time, but no more so not out of stock issue haha. I think the outlet will only cater to card application and queries now. You can still redeem online but the conversation is 21000 for RM50 jusco voucher iinm. For me, I will just redeem whenever i go up to KLCC or 1U.

want to ask something about GST here.....I saw my statement for this month included the RM50(principal) and RM25(supplementary) for both the card lei.....not supposed to be 2 card for 1 GST??

and also it seems like the RM50 cash rebate already automatically paid for the GST by maybank themselves (i didnt request also)......did this happen to u all before?

Principal MBB-2-CC, is RM50 for Amex and Visa.

Supplementary is RM25 per card. You cannot say you use 1x principal and 1x supplementary = 25 + 25.
No, it doesn't work that way. It is principal 2 cards (RM50) + 1x supplementary = RM75
If you have 2x supplementary, then RM50 + 25 + 25 = RM100

This is assuming MBB-2-CC. If other MBB-CC, then the principal is RM50 per card.

RM50 cash rebate is based on your 5% weekend usage >RM1000

yea...I understand about this....what I can't understand is my statement for this month, the RM50 GST appear in both my visa and amex statement and also the RM25(for my supplementary) as well......is this mean they charge 2 times??(means RM50 for visa card and RM50 for amex card??)

The RM50 cash rebate i understand....but from my statement, after the RM50CR, the next line goes like this paid GST RM50CR...???? meaning they paid my GST RM50 using that cash rebate without the need of my confirmation?

It's OK la, this has been reflected accordingly in my Transactions history.
Just checked today.
Earlier it was mentioned on the Account Details on the last payment amount: RM 50.00 but it is still shows not paid on my transaction history, so in a way my overdue amount still included the RM 50.00.
Now it has just been reflected that shows the RM 50.00 is paid and deducted from my overdue amount.

yeah, the RM50 GST appears in both principal card statement. However, you will notice one of the principal card statement will rebate you RM50

My rebate two lines is like this:
SERVICE TAX - PRINCIPAL RM50
PAID SERVICE TAX - PRINCIPAL -RM50

The other without rebate, just this line:
SERVICE TAX - PRINCIPAL RM50

Sorry, mixed up with your description on the RM50 cash rebate for 5% weekend.
