I assume you submitted your application through Maybank Bangsar branch ? Anyway, Maybank Bangsar is only responsible to forward your application to the Maybank credit card centre in Menara Maybank. If you have not heard anything from them, it is very likely that the your application form has gone missing it was never submitted I suggest you to call their customer care line to see if check your credit card application status. If it is not in the system, then it is most likely that your application form is gone and you have to do it all over again.

I actually did call, 2 weeks down the road and they did say its lost. *epicfacepalm*

Then the person in charge said she will send in a P-Form or something like that, and should be done in a week. Called yesterday to check, and still not ready. Sigh

You are at Maybank's mercy... Three scenario
Best Case : Add-on rebate to July 2012
Worst Case : Not added to July 2012 or not even calculated
*
I can confirm that it will be added into next month's allocation

Will it show as 2 rebate entries or just one entry >RM50 ?
So you don't actually lose any rebates ?

My yesterday's transactions are not posted yet, but the total amount is already included under outstanding balance. Probably because it is the 1st of the month and the system is busy calculating the cashbacks biggrin.gif

@db07mufan,
Yes because Amex would first exchange it into USD before it's converted into MYR so effectively you pay for 2 converts.

I would like to know can I apply only 1 supplementary card (eg Amex) only for this Maybankard 2 Gold And Platinum Cards?

but look like I have to get 2 cards for supplementary holder
here

how about the service tax? I know principal card , in one sign up, one service tax, and one statement. How about supplementary card/s? Look like RM25 each that mean supplementary cards have to pay RM50 annually ..am I right? Anyone here can confirm this? TQ rclxub.gif

Yes, supp card are issued both AMEX plus Visa or MC. You cannot elect to have the AMEX only.

And also yes, the total GST for supp cards is RM50.

For my case, i did not fully utilize the previous month weekend rebate quota but i did fully utilized the current month. The maximum rebate i got was only RM50.

Really ? I should have gone to to Maxis Centre yesterday to buy the new iPad then cry.gif

Look like the person up there is preventing you from getting a new tablet or SIII, must be a blessing in disguise hahaha.
Bro, He really is preventing me from buying a new tablet. I went to Maxis Centre this morning. Made up my mind to buy the new iPad bundled with 2GB 3G package last Friday evening. Done the calculations + with the new OCBC up to 10% extra rebate promotion, the savings is a lot and it is very worth it. I didn't want to buy it on Saturday as i have used up my June's weekend rebate quota. So i waited one more day but guess what ? They sold out both 16GB and 32GB version yesterday evening cry.gif Going to Singapore this Tuesday afternoon for one week and i thought i can bring my new iPad along cry.gif

seems like m2u is a bit slow this time, even the transaction i did on friday is not in yet...

Did you ask MBB why is it so? Based on the card feature, they ought to honour the cashback
