* Margin of financing up to 90%
* Optional MRTT
* Tenure up to 40 years or until age 70 (whichever is earlier)

Anyone have any more info about this Al Rajhi Bank?

Yes. Al-Raj bank is one of the panel bank. I saw them giving brochures there.

Myself is look for facing direction first, as I scare on west sunshine.. acceptable for east sunshine..

Call up trinity hq this morning, for the time being as to day 18/6/12, only Al Rajhi and Ambank doing DIBS, other banks still waiting for approval!
