Am referring to the sales form vs developer colorful price list comparison. Naming it as "revised mark up price", and explain by 1 of the SA to be "Bumi release units"

I happen to flip looking at the 2+1 room layout of 1120 Park Avenue which is similar but much better to Zeva 2+1 store room layout. It only cost bout 180K back then, compare to now Zeva 360K range. |
