went there yesterday around 930AM...
98% chinese...

Block B selling like hot cake... I believe Block A is BBB mode too if developer does not hike up the price...

From previous post, Block A 30K++ more than Block B??? Anybody can confirm??
*
Looking at their initial price list, comparing block A and B floor to floor, size to size for 881 and 933, it is about 20K - 30K range..

But I notice they have "revised mark up price" claim to be "bumi release" for some units in block B in the afternoon by 10K to 20K.
Weird and do not understand? Anyone can explain is this legal rather to "ketuk" our money?

Am referring to the sales form vs developer colorful price list comparison. Naming it as "revised mark up price", and explain by 1 of the SA to be "Bumi release units"

Does not look like it's rocket science but do you think it will really be implemented ?

You know like the indon maid thingie, to Gomen came out with a fantastic system of regulating the rates and so on, but all the agents are doing all sort of thing to boycott it, in the end, only a few indon maid came to Malaysia. The rest of people are still hiring the jump plane indon maids.

The same thing can happen, this fantastic scheme will be another lips service again.

They do mark up within block B itself, and again in Block A.

Actually price rocket double from 3 years ago pricing. Will be pretty amazing if it goes double up again icon_rolleyes.gif

I happen to flip looking at the 2+1 room layout of 1120 Park Avenue which is similar but much better to Zeva 2+1 store room layout.
It only cost bout 180K back then, compare to now Zeva 360K range. notworthy.gif
