Just now purposely went there to take a look. Surprisingly, a whole block B fully sold out about noon time. My friend had booked a unit at Block A (881 sf) with price about RM384K before discount.

Anyone look for loan can ask for me as well. I'm from HLB. 😊

Is HLB the panel bank for Zeva?

I guess they don't need to wait for official launch - all units sold out by then thumbup.gif
This is definitely hotter than You One USJ.

As I know is Alliance bank, Maybank, Ambank, and 1 Islamic bank (not sure the name). Do you see any other bank's banker today at sales office there?

nope, today i only saw Alliance, Hong Leong and Ambank. Can we apply non-panel bank? eg. Public bank. my friend bought a house elsewhere took loan with PBB and she got blr-2.7%.

Zeva SOHO not launched yet ah. The one selling now is service apartment (2 blocks). Not sure when they will launch the remaining block which is SOHO units. Yup, I agreed that price point is different. The reason I compare is because their launching date is near to each other smile.gif

The remaining block should be studio, not SOHO. I went to the show room, it's small kitchen with a bed..
