most of the time if loan issue, developer will still need to allow for take over coz they need fast collection on S&P and Earthwork billing. If the developer gold holding power and sufficient project facilities, definitely they will hold in as developer unit and goreng later.

But imagine the land cost caused rm 30 millions, bank interest on land loan alone already rm 2 mill per year. If they keep dragging the sales, its will injured their cash flow.

since this is BBB with low entry, why not. Coz i recently just submit my doc to bankers for home loan, they say i eligible more. Advise me to look for those BBB for invest

So it means if my loan is not approved within the 14 + 7days extension I will not be entitle for the DIBS and the 5% discount??

Not sure about DIBS and the 5% but the SA mention about the parking lots and A/C will be pulled back.

My guess is 2 lots as both are in the entitlement package. Suggest you check with the developer. Did any bank verbally informed you about the approval?

I suppose for those who made booking during first day launching, this week should be the last week for them to sign SPA? Wondering who has presented 2 rejection letters to claim back the booking fee so far?

For OCBC that cannot accept due to quota full, can they issue rejection letter with such reason?
