From all the post that I have read, it seems like zeva is launch in a hurry and a lot of thigns r not put into proper order...

I really kesian those ppl who kena corn by DIBS promotion by panel bank and so on...

I have never read of such thing from the 3 Elements lyt post...

For your information, apart from Alliance is not panel and RHB is panel without DIBS, the other things are all in proper order. Correct me if I am wrong my fellow buyer.

I seriously thinks this kind of things need to be sorted out first if they want everything in order in 14 days.
Another thing, the carpark separate is a headache.
The banks are out to get us with 2 accounts if you go for flexi.
Pay money for both of the accounts :-D

lol my friend is a follow buyer of 2 units la brather... he is damn tiau tiah (pening) now... appearently not only DIBS got problem, loan amount, loan tenure and the car park need to sign different loan agreement n so on...

I am not promoting what so ever, just said what i have read tongue.gif...

So he is also asking his personal lawyer, when sell in future, how the extra parking is going to be treated... since different loan agreement n so on... hahaha...

Mr. oldsilver... he is a professional in fliping properties... if he said tau tiah, then I thin really tau tiah lol....

Agree with you.... this's the most problematic I've face so far in this 3 years my 4th properties .... and 2nd trinity project

Agreed...If Trinity are offering DIBS package, then what the hell did Alliance and Maybank doing there?
It just makes other people more confusing and end up sending email telling people these 2 banks are not empanel for DIBS.
Wasting people's time applying something which nobody wants.

previously my LO also separate to 2, 1 house 1 car park. Banker call me jst now say can merge the properties into 1... and will revise the LO..
so only need to open 1 loan account

ya true, wasting time send to UOB also, if you can't offer 90% don't tell people you can finance up to 90% from panel bank... wasting time again ...
Also OCBC, if you don't have enough quota please don't do this project... (I submitted my document on the very next working day, sign on saturday and submit all documents by follow monday then tell me quota full, wth is this)
