I think you will be able to search in google for the loan calculation thing where they will calculate what is the initial interest paid vs principal

i thought the interest is proportional to disbursement from bank to developer.

like in sch H of payment.

cannot count from full amount ma.

paiseh, i also apply some home loan now, still putting my wife name in just in case, dunno why nowaday banks so so stringent with approval. just sharing. Thats why i always look for those launching with 10% rebate. Increase my holding power. Soli, noob talk sweat.gif

hard to says, like others said, when panel bank quota full, they will closed. One of my shop office project also facing the same, first comer sapu all the quota, late comer can only get 70% or 60% loan due to bank internal risk assessment, drop the deal, end up those with CASH power sapu all the left over unit. So called "rich investors" quite norm. Thats why holding power is important.

i don think got closed, maybe he insist 90% loan and bank find it impossible then reject, or if he is ok with 60% or 70% loan, bank definitely will approve. Its all depend on him, can he repay?
