I cancelled my Maybank Sony card last week 31/1/2013. The total due amount was Rm819.47. Went to a Maybank branch and filled in the credit card cancellation form. Paid Rm820 via CDM since the queue was long.
After that, I called customer service just to expedite the process. Was told again that it has been cancelled, was given a reference number as well. Today, I login to M2U and saw that my card is still listed, with an outstanding balance of Rm18.76 and the statement was on 3rd Feb Why is there a new additional charge? The card has been cancelled |

Call the Maybankard CS to "waive" it, acknowledging the CS didn't do her job very well..... Known Fact: anyone who paid late would kena finance charges |
