High risk? You're here on EP means you've got a fairly stable job with at least $3000/mth pay, why are you fretting over a $60/mth plan?

You already work few years still dunno this? hmm.gif People who are unhappy with a company will tend to "stick it out" until get bonus then only leave ... therefore there will/may be additional vacancies opening.

toll MYR (4x.xx)*2, depends on which toll you use. petrol your choice ron95 or ron97 around (2x-3x liters, depends on how is your driving style)*2. 1.6 sedan. speed limit 90-110km/hr, malacca that stretch 90km/hr. 3hr 15min-3.5 hr from jb-->kl, house-house. initially driving at night may not be familiar and just be extra careful and slow, once use to it, then it is ok.
pay attention & careful to lot of lorries/buses if evening/night driving, flash light and horn whenever necessary. sometimes, got police patrol car. slow down when nearing flyover. sometimes, got group of bikers. sometimes, got high beam flash from back. sometimes, got road hog at the most right lane. sometimes, got a group of race cars. when feel tired, can stop at R&R to rest a while but be careful especially it is night.
not like to take flight as time not flexible and klia/lcct around 45min-1 hr from house.

Thats right the journey from JB toll to KL takes bout 2 hrs +. The tricky part is the causeway, the traffic varies on when u cross. The only advise is not to go too close to the trucks/lorry bcoz u might get stone chips and crack the windscreen. Anyway there is one stretch cant remember where Simpang Ampat i think , theres usually a speed trap there.

2hrs+? Jb to kl? For me 3.5hrs jb to usj. U need to factor in the traffic at peak hours, plus the time it takes to travel from sg to jb. I suggest u fly since ur adi on AA.. The stress of driving on a weekly commute plus wear and tear of ur car?

I went to Funan to get iPhone accessories with the IT show pamphlets in hand. The shops in Funan were quite willing to give me whatever IT show deal their booth in Suntec had. That's been my experience every year... the "low performing staff" who are left to man the shop in Funan or Sim Lim (when their "high performing colleagues" go to the IT show) - are always ever willing to do a deal.

put it this way, i don't know the time you depart from SG, so don't know how long it takes.

cost ? Petrol around RM50-RM60 (depends on how hard i press the accelerator)
time ? between 2 hours to 2 hours 30 mins (toll to toll) if constant 140kph without much lorry blocking, 2 hours 15 mins is enough for 140.
speed ? around 140kph, sometimes i will drive till 150-170 depends on my needs.
car type ? Perodua myvi .

What's your monthly budget for car installment, from there you can work backwards and see which car suit
your budget. 1st hand or 2nd hand.

Take notes on the coverage for vehicle insurance of
met with accident in Malaysia, your Malaysia car insurance NCD can transfer to Singapore side to lower the cost.

I used to have a Singapore registered car for 8 month before I sold it off, but I only pump petrol twice in Singapore island, the rest all pump in Malaysia hehe.

i am worry rolleyes.gif , either latio or altis currently topping my list hmm.gif
