Either that or they will exploit you and play mind games with you since they know if your an FT, you will value your position in your company more so then a singapore citizen or PR.

Im not so concerned about the typical singaporen employer since i am no longer employed by one and i only drop into singapore if i am on assignment.

this is so true..like how we malaysian exploit indonesian, phillipine worker.. tongue.gif sad but true

Sharing my experience.

I received no reply by sending my resume with Malaysia address and contact no. Then, i decided to quit my job and come here looking for job.

I managed to get myself a job in 2 weeks time.

However, my friend manage to get himself a job here while he was working in KL.

The best way is thru connection like what deodorant has mentioned.

High risk? You're here on EP means you've got a fairly stable job with at least $3000/mth pay, why are you fretting over a $60/mth plan?

You already work few years still dunno this? hmm.gif People who are unhappy with a company will tend to "stick it out" until get bonus then only leave ... therefore there will/may be additional vacancies opening.
