Went to showroom and car dealer, different stuff i heard from both. i got questions now :

- IS it true there is a new facelift? according to the dealer, the new facelift for 1.6SX will have a touchscreen, and price will be the same but without discount RM2500.

- So the current 1.6SX all having a RM2500 discount? Why so good?

- Whats the difference from buying directly from showroom and dealer? i found dealer to be friendlier.

I am looking for the new touchscreen HU spec. anyone know the spec of the new touchscreen HU? can play rmvb, mp4, flv, avi, mkv or HD movie/drama? what features in the HU?

Same here. They told me that the new FL will come out this month so better wait for it.
Definitely no more discount but they do give higher trade in value for my current car, anti theft tinting and also body kit.

1.6K is for the half leather something similar to forte 2.0 maybe but definitely not Nappa high grade.
i did asked and he quoted the same price. maybe u can confirm with your SA again

my kia forte 1.6sx always get around 11-12liter/ 100km on the road at city, may i know is that normal? i think is quite high FC

on highway is about 9.5liter to 10.5liter

so u went to the road show, did SA there mention any price difference? between the new SX with touchscreen HU vs older SX?

By the way, whats the difference of Forte FL? vs non FL Forte?

auto headlights yes, auto wiper no

tx but auto headlamp only for 2.0 ?

1.6 SX version have. diff between 1.6 sx and 2.0 SX is mainly 2 vs 6 airbags, leather seats for 2.0 version and of course 2.0 engine and with MDPS (Motor Driven Power Steering). Everything else same.

Update: Sorry, missed out cruise control on 2.0 version

I think (assume) the price should be the same since they didn't mentioned anything.

The diff I think just the body kit and HU (touch screen + GPS) for now.
Exterior except the body kit should be the same.

anybody using car ionizer??..can it be effective in removing the new car smell?..lol..now the new car smell mixed with my glade...smell so terrible..

Either your car battery is kong or perhaps there's something wrong with your car's alternator (didnot charge the battery)...

How much is that?..and what us the street price for Stoplock Steering lock for forte??..i saw jusco gt sell that..need to get wat version of it ah??..i got no experience in this..(>.<)
