the SA offered this to me:
1) old version w/o HU with discount of 1500
2) new version with HU

after 1st round of bargain, i get 1000 discount on the new version (with HU) + RM200 tinting voucher but no other freebies even full tank, smarttag/tng.
im actually waiting for elantra spec to compare but most likely i will go for forte. if so, i will try to get leather seat + full set of K logo on top of that
can any1 advise me whether my request is too much??

It's up to u my friend..if u have all the time in this world & have time luxuries to spend there at the SC..why not..hehe. Me..just sent & leave my car there at the SC & ask them to send me back to my office (Alor Setar SC offers this service ). When they finished servicing my car, they will call & fetch me from my office to get my car. So work & service can be done in 1 shot

But if u afraid that the service technician cheats on u (i.e putting mineral oil instead of fully syn oil), i suggest u better wait there & watch out..hehe. For me, i just hope that they service my car with honesty & trust..if they dare cheat on me, i will claim it back "di akhirat"

still yet to get the spec, i hv to wait until compare the spec although i believe almost same spec as spore version, then i only "die heart"
i will compare the elantra 1.6(A) normal spec with forte 1.6SX as benchmark and see whether hyundai SA can give discount anot

I just did on wheel balancing today for my forte 1.6 EX (1 month old) , because I realize that the steering vibrates at 120km/hr.

Still vibrate a little though atm, gona send it back to them again.

Any of your steering wheels vibrate at high speed?

Secondly, I am thinking of fixing LED's for the front bumper of my car, that will mean tempering with the wiring of the car.

It's gonna void the warranty as well right? Is it worth it, in your opinions?

haha, b4 dat prepared $$ for city dpayment~~ den after giving up da city, plan to wait for some new launch car~~ but end up elantra too pricy~~ so i just get back to used forte~~ my fren just bought it last month n he keep poison me by lending me his car to drive~~so after 1 yr saving - bla bla bla den sud have enuf dpayment now for it~~XD just trying to get to know more b4 i bought da car, btw as a prize for myself after 2 yr working and i found a new n better jobXD

Forte EX 1.6

anyone book forte the 2.0 recently?

I was told that the current 2.0 doesn't come with the new touchscreen HUD, I'll need to take the old HUD but can top up 1k+ to replace old one with touchscreen HUD..

the newer batch 2.0 with the touchscreen will come later (no idea when) but without discount..

I'm seriously confuse.. LOL

anyone can clarify?
