The Kia Red Cube Service Centre is really really unexperience, lack of knowledge and very poor service. Don't ever go there.
Yeap ! I had my first 1000km service at Red Cube too and yeap they are damned slow and not able to fix a very small problem for me as well Until today, no one call me. Beh tahan!! However, I would have to admit that they really have a beautiful show room and a very comfortable waiting area for kia owners to rest while waiting for their cars.
My opinion is; if you just want to get a normal service (no technical problems needed to get fixed) and you get plenty of time to spend then no harm to try Red Cube at PJ, you will enjoy the environment there
