definitely going to buy forte this week. been using my mom's getz for 3 years now, but seriously, im not a person that knows how to jaga his car. everything just "belasah".. send car to service all up to me....

but im gonna try change all that with my new car. already going to pick the white one, and ppl ask me its hard to maintain that color. do i need to go thru those paint protection process as soon as i got the car (just heard about pps n sierra glow) ?

for servicing, anyone know good KIA service center in JB ? .. btw what happened to myforteclub website ? i wanted to check the MFC starter kit.. whats that ?

Ok today I asked the sales agent, he said I need to ad 1k plus for 'naza' bodykit on top of 85800. I remember he said bodykit is included.. how is the other majority of the store out there? Do they charge bodykit. Sorry asking now since I'm on my way to the shop already. Really appreciate if got reply soon

anyway, no use regretting now... im not good in haggling too so maybe its my fault, other ppl might be lucky.....

the decision of buying car for me also so sudden....

and the sales guy also super nice to me and he seems very hardworking & fast. promised me i'll get my car tomorrow. if this true then the process took less then a week.

shop is SE2 @ KIP mart...

for loan, i submitted my details (pay slips,ic,bills,etc..) and i got a call from the bank the next day around 1pm, asked me some questions... and at 3pm the SA guy called my wife said loan already approved.... that time i havent even give him anything yet (no down payment & deposit)

The SA do it for me, but if im not mistaken it was from Ambank. I work in SG (but stayed in jb), the bank called me anyway @ office and the interview quite short. didnt believe also within 1 day all kow tim regarding loans. not sure 2.5 good deal or not coz my fren get 2.4 for his Honda. i guess different maker also different interest rates..

today might be the longest day ever for me... cant wait for tomorrow.... i think i might need to wait until next month to do about the paint... no $$$... & need to do research properly this time...

have been reading this thread for lotsa pages now ... does the pull left thingy happens to every car ??? and is it really noticeable ?

just got my car this evening.... so far i kinda love it. car in great condition... except 1 thing ... heading to petrol station, but just not even 100m from the place i collect my car, car died ... petrol effing empty lolx... kinda have to tebal face let other car pass... luckily the SA still around that place he came over and bring 1 tong of petrol.

now i know the what the tagline means..... "The Power to Surprise" ... really surprise me big time

if anyone feeling lucky & want my plate number pm me lolx...

and yeah.. put my name on 1.6 SX owners on the first page pls hehehehhe

im kinda rush + excited + blur blur + panicked.. & some more my boss was calling me 2-3 times need me to attend some work related thingy

it does ... but i didnt expect that the fuel was THAT empty ... the center should at least make sure i got a lil bit fuel la... or at least ask me to bring my own fuel ...

the left pull thingy happened to me when im not holding the wheel... funny thing is, i drive back my old getz... it was pulling to the right (much heavier then the forte left pull.. which i didnt realize at all before)... conclusion ... i would not noticed the left pull when driving normally.. so its not a problem... but if its really gonna koyak my tire then i think i should check on it on the first service.

enjoying my drive from JB to KL last night.

FC while driving to work from JB - SG for 2 days is showing 10.4l/100

FC after driving from JB to KL is showing 7.4l/100 ...

now in KL, should i send the car to SC here or should i go back JB to service ? I found some SC here in KL where forumer say quite okay, while in JB i dont know whats the feedback. KM is about 600 now

btw, was driving 110 on the highway ... but then kaki gatal, rev till 160 but dont dare go further ... some ppl said you dont need to break in by driving slow until 10k because the car already break in in factory... some said i have to drive 80 only... confused

I sent my car to SC at Permas Jaya after reached 1000km. other then change oil, they did the balancing but the left pull thingy still there and a bit vibration. said i need to come another day since that can be fixed by doing alignment but they dont do it there and need to send to another shop but closed that day so I will go again this saturday.

Anyone got suggestion for a good SC in Johor ? I might want to try other SC on the next service.

By the way tried PPG & iGo GPS on the new HU both works with no issues. still waiting my speednavi activation code from Kia

the new HU radio reception is not that good, but have you tried turning off the AF ? it kinda fix 80% of my issue with the signal.
