hi there...any1 know how to cancel the channel subscription?I wish to cancel 1 channel in my unifi but from the menu couldn't find the cancel subscription button.....isit need to call to unifi to cancel?

I just my got unifi, i'm trying to turn my DIR-615 router into a vlan bridge using athena guide but nothing works. My router is running firmware 7.12...

hi guys..got question here. Does anyone try to link 2 phones to the BTU unit. How am i going to setup this? I need 2 phones link up together for upstairs and ground floor. First setup, link 2 phones with 1 port on BTU but the outcome is too noise. Second setup, used individual port 1 for downstairs, port 2 for upstairs,but port 2 doesn't work. Need help if anyone experienced this.thanks..

as i know, the 2nd port the technician dint configure, leave for future fax machine.
u need to enter the btu setting & configure it.

u can kick or block device connected to ur unifi..

last nite i just block torrent site to this particular notebook so that fella cant access to any torrent site..

thats what happened when u livin with a bunch of people who want to use but dont want to pay..

Hi there, if i decided to join the HyppTV premium package, do i need to pay another RM30? As i already have several channels subscribed worth RM30.



That's mean, i only need to pay RM30 monthly right? Might as well join this, since i'll get more channels at the same price that i'm currently pay for.

I have subscribed to a few of the channels when I first got my unifi..now, there's a promotion for rm30 for the premium channels. I'd like to subscribe to that but the current channels I currently have is also included in the promotion. Do I have to cancel my current subscriptions and reapply the promotion one? Thanks

my download speed has been slow for the past few days. i'm on the vip10 package but torrent is only 200kb/s and same goes for filehosts. my ip is 210...any way to fix this please?

so if I have a total of 4 phones in my house. And one of them is a fax, can I still use the unifi voip port to connect to my copper line rj11 port to get all 4 phone to work with the new voip?

Plus, can I receive fax and send fax over the voip line that comes with unifi?

i just installed Unifi VIP20mbps about 2-3 weeks ago. Here my experiences about it. I got home new number and still keeping my old number until all my friends & relatives updated with new number. IPTV having a installation problem where error code 108001 which required you to reboot. After 100 times reboot i ask TM guy to exchange to a new unit on the next day. Turn out it was faulty unit that keep giving me error. Replacement unit save the day!. IPTV transmission very smooth but sadly no one watching it. i prefer to watch directly from hulu.com or cbs/fox and others. So iptv kinda useless to me. maybe my kids like to watch Diego or Dora in Nick jr. channel.

I am a cheap geek, never wanted to pay for any premium file hosters. So free leecher like me wont get full speed when downloading files. The best i can get around 500KBs from some file hosters site. Mean while torrent has a different performances interm of downloading. I easily get 2-3MBps!

My next plan is to setup payable wifi hotspot to my neighbours. I come out with few plans like RM30 per month, full acess internet 24/7 and 5GB dl/up limit per user. Rm10 ringgit for 7 day internet acess with 1-2gb dl/up. High rise apartment like my house i should not having any problem getting a customers. For this project few hardware i need to buy. Maybe cost me around RM500.

50 GB limit? how u gonna set it...not for stock router..
if antenna for outdoor not black antenna wan...i know where to sell..duno how much..
