Oh my. My Unifi installation is having tonnes of obstacles and issues. But luckily got rattan helping me. Super helpful!! Thanks bro! Now still trying to help me resolve the problem.

Bro rattan,
Can clarify some queries from me? I just had VIP5 installed. Unifi sent me email notifying bout a upgrade promo, whereby I cont paying my blockbuster 1mb bill for the 1st 3 months at RM110. 4th month onwards, start billing RM149. If true, what do I need to do? CSR ask me to go nearest TMPoint to apply? And, the current streamyx 1mb, CSR said will automatically discontinue within 2 weeks. But installer said need go to TMPoint to fill in termination form. Which is correct procedure? Thanks bro.. |

So its 12 months with RM30 monthly fee... not bad actually... at least they promise with 12 months
