i jus call TM finance department (i think) i pay certain amount thru RHB online banking..can active back my internet?? she say boleh..in 24h time can active back..hhehehehehe

the TM system really got prob...they cut my internet service due few month dint pay..thn i already paid certain amount thru online banking while talking to CS...they promise in 24 hours will recover my internet service..ok..till now internet..i call again to CS..they say they already active back since yesterday 3pm...i say weird, how come my router earth logo still orange mean dc..they say ok...system problem..use manual connection method connect back...maybe take several hour...thn ok..20 mint..internet back..UNIFI punya CS service thumbup.gif but TM system..really need to improve.. shakehead.gif

hmm...yup..but my case different abit, i tell CS say tht i pay few month back punya bill..this month i pay for next month,CS say can..if u use online banking..make sure u tell cs about referencing number

unifi portal..u go register at unifi portal login which is find sign up for free..follow instruction...there will tell u how much u need 2 pay
