hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone here can help me understand the billing system for Unifi?

I recently got my Unifi installed on the first week of Feb, 2012. I received my bill a week back with the amount of RM216.80 with payment due March 17th.

Is this price like prorated for Feb and full for month of March?
*
Yes correct. You pay upfront a month. Like you now today, you're actually paying for the prorated month of Feb + full month of March.

No problem. do note that i simplified it by assuming ur billing date is at the 1st of every month. the actual cycle will be the start of ur billing date.

Hi all,

Want to know is that any all-in-one unit to replace the unifi RG and BTU ?
*
I believe someone did it with the older BTU model 655 or something like that. Check Huawei's website. I'm sure the 850 can do it also but you'll have to get your own unit since we you don't have access to the webgui. The problem is getting all the correct settings for it to work with UniFi.

My first bill was 86. Second one normal 149. I applied online for the free 1st month subscription and was quite surprised that TM applied the free one month to the advance payment. I was expecting them to just give free 1st month prorated.

Snowfish, how's the crimping going?

the OCC update slow.
the payment actually instant.

if u call & inquire at unifi bill department, they will say u pay on the same date u m2u.
but on OCC, shows 2 days after.

Anyone experiencing unstable service? I'm getting disconnected every 5-10 minutes, then it automatically connects back.

Annoying.
