wont say i'm expert in cutting but the starting phase from bulking to cutting is the hardest i feel coz body is not ready for the plunge in daily caloric.

i dun follow too strictly but i do avoid most of the food mentioned.

Thanks bro. it did. and arms got bigger. I upped the fat intake like crazy. went less carb and slightly decreased protein intake.

well ... before that was 55 kg , january 2012 gone up to 60kg .

CNY - 62kg

and now back to 60kg .

my height is 176 btw notworthy.gif

Its around 1 and a half side of chicken breast part. *I don't know how to count though*

I guess you need to do more reading from stickies to plan your workout. Basically, you need to remember 3 things.

Eat properly, workout and rest. icon_rolleyes.gif
