My info was from my friends who bought Crystal tower!
And the info of Scholar tower can be found from Iproperty! From the price posted on Iprop, it seems that scholar tower is really a lot cheaper than crystal tower (Rm160psf cheaper)

Y? Simply, check out the selling point of LOFT, CYSTAL and SHOLAR...see their density, design and comfort level.
If 3 block is selling the same concept and more or less the same things like Z-Res Development... Yes, i agreed and most of the Developer will increase the psf block by block and phase by phase to create the URGENCY and remind of PAPER GAIN.
Now i ask you and pls tell me:
What do you thk is easier for you to sell out the 3 block with all units???
Now 3 blocks:
A.LOFT (expensive and comfort level, can used as Business suites purposes) with low density;
B.Cystal Tower (like Studio/suit for Couple life/ New marrige) with low density: Medium price
C. SHOLAR (Smaller) & high density XX unit per level & aim for students? Lower Price
OPTION A:
Now Developer strategy is Selling A >>B >>C, seems to be quite successful.
A = 90% sold out (expesnive but ppl expect next phase might be more expensive) 1-2weeks
B = 90% sold out (price ok and ppl expect next phase will be more expensive) 1-2 week
C = launching (Who know price is much more cheaper...Grab la now!) to be expected 80-90% sold out (1 week)
OPTION B:
IF they are going to selling:
C= 90% Sold out (1 week)
B= 70% sold out (bit expensive) << ppl will thk is still worth but take up rate is slow, Developer need time to promote and advertise (1-2 week)
C= 50% sold out (very expensive) << ppl will thk Late already (Late bird) and wait for next or other development... take up rate? (> more than 1 month)
Above is merely part of the strategy of course la.. not include these package and discount given...facilities and etc la...lazy type...
