nah, i don't mean it has been selling, i mean it has been 'said' that it is going to launch soon. Anyway, booking haven't started yet until tomorrow for all agents. I have some document and confirm sqft, for loft its around 600sf-700+ sf. 28 floors, psf not confirm but should be around 500psf. Each floor is 20 units with 6 lifts. There will be a total of 6 towers, first 4 floors is parking (underground) 5 floors of mall and garden above the mall then you will see towers where only first 2 might be launching. A lot of things won't confirm yet until the prelaunch i guess. There are more news about this project but i think overall its quite expensive if there are no early bird discount though. i'm still waiting for more confirm news anyway
