1. Low Density
2. Nearer to future LRT
3. Nearer to future BRT
4. Freehold
5. 1 car park

Hi sifu, Is there any update on the complaint of the GST on progressive billing earlier? Those purchaser who signed the SPA in 2012 still need to pay the GST of progress billing?
