looks like expensive... can get completed USJ 1 Avenue at 300psf... maintenance is not bad, landscape is ok, and got some large build-ups...
this Regina location seems nearer to USJ1 Avenue than Da Men... with no commercial activities and leasehold... comparable to USJ1 Avenue instead of Da Men/Meridian...

For me, I'd buy USJ1 Avenue. Good rental returns, good management. Best of all, there'll room for appreciation once Regina and Da Men comes into place. thumbup.gif

soft-launch today... RM460k is it worth investing? usj 1 avenue is cheaper and sq ft bigger that regina.

DaMen is all bout studio..this one is over-priced.

What do u think?
