(Ladies Street)
Comprise of wholesales of :-
Custom jewellery, stainless steel/titanium accessories, ladies bags/belt/wallet, undergarment, premium gift, home decor, hair accessories, soft toys, pashmina, tudung etc.

Comprise of wholesales of :-
Fashion clothing & apparels for ladies, men, kids & teenagers, such as T-shirt, full dress, 2 pieces dress, tangs, pants, malay dresses, tudungs, footwear etc.

It will be very convenient to those owner who stay in the apartment behind to do thier shopping & at the same time to shop at the best price.
As for investors, this place will be very happening as the mall will be very crowded & it wil certainly boost up the price of the property.

I am TSI group employee.

THE ROBERTSON @ BUKIT BINTANG will not have same Plaza GM wholesalers as it is a joint venture of Gamuda & TSI group.

The Joint Venture will get high end wholesaler and plan for just few floors. The remaining will house "High Quality Young Ladies Fashion "

The mall will offer discounted few years rent to QUALITY tenant like Gamuda Walk in Kota Kemuning.

The mall is a joint venture.

At this moment. Gamuda is the majority shareholder. For long term Gamuda's branding image. Only selected high quality tenant will be consider as the joint venture offer discount rent.

All the retail lots is not for sales. The joint venture aim is long term rental income. Its business plan is at least own and operate 5 malls by 2020.

Labour cost is droping......with increase productivity..... by using hitech tools.....example one indonesia labour can do 1.5 labour "ikat besi" by giving special hand tools.....or construction using form work....reduce " kerja kayu" labour......or using biggest tiles and better tile adhensive......or some work subcon to labour after 5pm....increase productivity......overall....... labour cost....lower.

Doing things right the first time with lots of checking......innovation......planning.....ensure cost of wastage reduce...cost of correction reduce......good quality......that what Gamuda trying to do.

I am staff.....we are focus on new land @ Rawang + Putra Height......due to high competition and increase supply.....we devided not to buy land @semenyih........ Robertson released unit sold 80% d.....price > 1300psf d.
