Not strong enough can always jv with another developer mah. Currently for Penang World City Project, they jv with Tropicana.

DBKL don't want Ivory. Now they need to settle some outstanding issues between the old company Plaza Rakyat and DBKL and other stakeholders.

Thanks for the info. The dispute is between prsb & dbkl. Ivory is caught in the middle. According to this article:

Gamuda did show interest to revive Plaza Rakyat as well in the beginning:

Gamuda Bhd, which has a RM670 million mixed-used development called Robertson next to the Plaza Rakyat site. tells The Edge that "it [Plaza Rakyat] is within our interest and we are open to reviewing the possibilities [to participate in reviving the project]".

So if it materializes, the Robertson's buyers will laugh until teeth fall down?
