Walking distance to Pudu Bus Station & Plaza Rakyat!
Next to the famous Plaza Rakyat the abbandoned project (now looks like haunted)
Facing Tung Shin & Chinese Maternity Hospital!

Any idea on the commercial components? High end shopping malls to rejuvenate Jalan Pudu?

their pricing always 20 - 30% higher thn their competitors, i am not surprised tht they sell at RM1,300 psf or maybe higher once they launch!

Sources mentioned tht A wholesale podium will be build in robertson project, facing jln pudu & tung shin hospital.

The developer will JV with TSI group, who is very experienced in wholesale market will be jv wit them to manage & run tis mall.

The investors & buyers of the robertson project will enjoy:
(1) Capital appreciation in term of value of property
(2) Close distance to wholesale mall, where they can buy in bulk & save
in bulk as well.
(4) Stay Chick - right next to a wholesale mall introducing a new lifestyle
(5) JV by 2 reputable developers with wholesale experience

The whole sale center might attract a lot of crowd & make the place happening like bukit bintang.
This will help to push up the property price as well.

I believe with TSI experienced in Plaza GM KL, they might make this project successful ;-)
& gamuda expertise in landscaping, they might use landscape the building nicely & prevent the residents from looking the abbandonned plaza Rakyat.

This developer strength is in towhship development, thats why they can sell 15% to 20% more thn other.
But they are not the expert in high rise, thats why they need to sell cheaper 1st, furthermore the location is so so only!
How to sell high?

I walked by last weekend. Seem like they are not open during weekend.
Tot to went in to understand more about the project, i.e concept, their shopping mall concept & pricing as well.

Heard that they are selling at least RM1,100 to RM1,300 psf, since TTDI already burst RM1,000 psf.
Wondering what type commercial components tht the robertson offer, shopping mall, neighbourhood mall or etc.

Should pay a visit to their sales office one of these day, to find out more.
If high end shopping mall, thn RM1,300psf is still acceptable.
If cheap skate of shopping mall, thn i rather buy else where.

i dont think that they have any experience in operating a wholesale Mall. Club house maybe la!

Charlie, the project is fronting Tung Shin Hospital & right next to the abbandoned plaza rakyat.
if i am not wrong, it was a honda showroom.

We ask the SA, non of them can answer us this.

Do u mind to share with us the high quality brands that TSI will bring in to the mall, any tenant mix in your pipeline to share to all the robertson buyers.

Will it similar with GM Klang?

we are curious on the concept of the mall as the SA didnt reveal much to us. We are worried tht the mall will affect our sub sale price of the residential towers (investor point of view).

Is the retail lots for sale as well? if i am interested, how to go about it?

Ya, agree with HELLO HELLO. A high end cinema must be there to support the robertzhai wholesale mall.
i think tmdsad should look for anchor tenants such as cold storage/ jaya grocer for the convenient of the residential tower owners.

i dont think robertzhai will become another intermark but it might become another great eastern mall or worst.
Unless the management scrap the wholesale mall idea & consider other options. There are many successfull mall in bangkok, not only wholesale mall.

there are many case whereby the wholemall very successfull, end up the residential towers were suffering.
A good example would be the Plaza GM. The retail lots are doing good, rental were wery high but the residential tower were totally a disaster.

Those who bought tower 2 are extreemly a good buy.
SA said they are going to increase price for tower 3 in order to cover the GST shortfall for tower 2. after the budget 2014.
So well done for those who bought the tower 2.

The specification given also not up to standard. Even the roof top facilities were not impressive as well.
Nothing special & unique about the residential towers, except the wholesale mall which they jv with TSI.

Hopefully the HIGH END Wholesale mall may surprise all the owners once completed.

1st 2 towers fully sold, but never host any event or appreciation event for the owners & promote this project.
Is she really capable? or Gamuda hire the wrong ppl.
