The Car Park "investment?" (I had thought about it) problem Is in MY you can't sell your Car Park separately, whenever all the car parks Must sell Together with your house unit, you buy more than 1 extra (say original allocated is 1, you purchased another 2) you (most of the people) may suffer more (particularly mentally-suffered later)

wow, so optimistic this thread rclxm9.gif 2K psf meaning that 5xx sqft = 1mil~1.1mil, probably 3K psf? 1.5mil~1.6mil for 5xx sqft rclxms.gif laugh.gif then my >1,500sqft condo can sell few millions, everywhere multi-millionaire
