Staff can book now n public need to wait until end of year or early next week?

Why so long gap??

Unfurnished RM1100 psf and furnished RM1300 psf so > RM100k furnishing for the 500+sf unit... hmm.gif

current prime area shop where got RM 1300 psf.... all selling 2 mil above 1... if really prime area, developer tend to lease and not sell ...

Got la. Just bot a subsale last yr end at 1260psf. Facing main road. End lot. Not bad.

I heard even early buyers in arcadia oso around 1200psf after discount. Recent check on glomac Centro is oso less than 1kpsf. Stil not too hard to find if look harder. Furthermore tis few mentioned r not diff to find.

Some old subsales oso selling cheap. Eg big size factories r definitely lower than 1k. Bot 1 factory in 2010 at 460psf now market at 700psf. Latest transaction at 680psf. Bank value not sure but stil can get loan.

1. tropicana avenue - I like the concept and blif it ll b a gd bet if given the chance to enter at or below 1.2kpsf (dream nia). Branded dev might giv an upper hand on tis project.2. amara - No comment as I dun like tis part of Bt caves. 3. saville melawati - Frenz vested and I trust the population there can support the future rental.

As for centro, gua hati gatal a bit but stil curious which facing ll giv more ONGness. Both sides oso facing road. No particular main road and hoping fr the plan, both facing oso hav access. At below 1kpsf or even cheaper if got kangtao, its doable but need time. Probably 2 yrs holding b4 start getting rental. Some units might b lucky to wait for few mths but those r sold.

huh..this location so so?!?!.... E&O the mew lagi soso.....but i like E&O the mew more... better branding.

hai.. the plaza mayat... should fill up with water. make a lake in the middle of city not bad idea...since it still in the court case waiting to settle
the rotting structure emerse from the water become piece of art.

KL RM 1300+ psf is expensive.

Singapore S$ 1300+ psf is reasonable.

Developer director who just bought rm26 million share today in klse. he is more dap sui.
