I have booked the one bed + one office jv with friend.

Their launching price now is 989 psf after early bird discount.5%.

I also booked the low medium cost apartments which is next to valencia and walking distance to sg buluh mrt  price is very very cheAp.

public cant buy this sg buluh unit due to balance of some unsold bumi lot.

I though linda from marketing strategy already fish head  from sunway and another from capital mall. Why will they hire so lack of experience guy like you? I would worry if it does.

Gamuda is going to plan "mall" into thier developmemt. From  kk buz suits to plaza strategy kelana. To robertson mix wholesales. To jh lifestyle mall. To kuang jv mall. Sure they will get dedicated people to make it sustainable right?

next time be at thier agm. Many info there.

At robertson. They plan to have mix of normal shop and wholesales right?

So i guess top floor is the wholesales

But i wish they have more shop for retiring person
Example cat cafe. Dance studio. Vegi dining for us.

1) Warisan Merdeka
Distance from TR: ~700m (with the assumption that Plaza Rakyat is revived)
Status: Foundation work awarded to Pintaras. Work commenced in March.

2) Plaza Rakyat
Distance from TR: Adjacent to TR

3) Bukit Bintang City Centre (Pudu Jail Redevelopment)
Distance from TR: ~800m
Status: 5 “big” developers had submitted their proposals to UDA. However, progress seems slow. Full story here http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Busines...u-Jail-site-to/. There is also a rumour (from PTLM) that UDA might sell the land to a top developer in Malaysia.

4) River of Life (Masjid Jamek Area)
Distance from TR: ~1.1km
Status: Aecom (US based) was chosen to carry out the river beatification project. The project is currently ongoing. Masjid Jamek which is under Precint 7, is one of the 11 precincts under the 10.7km ROL project, which would be developed into a riverfront esplanade.
