Although this project is located closed to Bkt Bintang but the actual location is a bit dodgy. No doubt people will mention all these new developmental projects in this part of town, but those are still unproven. A bit risky IMO

Well try taking a stroll in this part of town today. You will encounter a lot of expats....from Bangla, Nepal and Indon. Dont think thats the kind of crowd you want to attract for a high end proj. Thats just my opinion la

Over 1k product stil got minion saying super cheap. Btw I dun think its expensive cos I'm in bbb and uuu. Too bad minion is in ddd but keep www like no tomolo.

Now I fully und y minion keep asking ppl not to buy. Less competition and giv way for him to sapu. Gd strategy. His so called gangs all stay away fr props but he go solo buying everywhere n laughing at gangs now. Well done.
